Receiving a hull and its accessories

Goods with a subtotal below $250 carry a $12.95 delivery fee. Delivery is free at $250 or more in goods, measured before the newsletter welcome reduction. Provide a complete delivery address and use the generated reference for correspondence. A recorded request does not reserve a launch-day arrival or confirm a carrier. Check the ordered model names as you unpack, especially when a replacement propeller or a separate Sprint battery accompanies a hull.

Inspect the hull surface, propeller area, connectors and loose parts before running the boat. Keep the supports that protect the hull in its carton. For damage or return enquiries, email support@harbourremote.shop with the reference and condition, including whether the model entered water. Dry the hull and protect projecting fittings for any agreed return; obtain specific handling instructions before sending a battery.
